Government Rate Room Reservations
Rooms shown in the "Gov't Rate" column are to be assigned to those with appropriate ID, to be presented at the hotel desk upon check-in. Please do not reserve unless you are eligible to do so.
"THINGS CHANGE". If the government rate is showing as not available or sold out, we suggest that you make your reservation at another hotel that fits your needs, and put yourself on the wait list for your preferred hotel. As changes occur, the majority of the wait list requests are fulfilled.

Group Reservations
Please be considerate of other attendees and book realistic blocks. Will your entire group really be arriving and departing all on the same day, or could you "bell curve" some of your rooms and save space for others?

Per Diem Notice
The government per diem is reviewed in the Fall and changes, if made, take place on 1 October. Should the GSA choose to change the Orlando/Orange Country rates, some, but not all, of the hotel rates posted below may change. A double asterisk following the room rate indicates those that would be affected.

• Some Room Rates are subject to change, based on the government per diem rate. Those recently changed due to the 1 October GAO schedule, are marked with *.

• Most rates are base on single occupancy. Additional guests in the room may warrant an additional charge. Likewise, upgrades to club or concierge level room may also warrant an additional charge.
• Be aware that some hotels may charge an additional Resort Fee as well as applicable taxes.
• Additional hotels may be added at a later date.
• The individual hotels are not authorized to accept reservations directly for this conference. You may state your hotel preference when making your reservations.
• Attendees must identify themselves as being with the I/ITSEC to receive the rates shown.
• The Conference is being held at the Orange County Convention Center, located directly accross the street from the Peabody, which is the headquarters Hotel. (I/ITSEC 2009 activities will be located in West Complex, Halls A through B2).
• Shuttle buses/vans will be available throughout the conference (including following the closing banquet).
• Cancellations for reservations paid by check will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
• To help defray conference management costs, an assessment is included in the room rates shown with these hotels. We encourage you to make your lodging arrangements within the designated housing package established.

Local Transportation Options (To/From Hotels and OCCC)

To get from your hotel to the West Complex (Halls B4 through F) of the OCCC, you have several choices of transportation.

• Your own or a rented vehicle. Limited parking available, $10.00 per passenger car per day. Pay for each re-entry.
• Most of the hotels are within walking distance (wear comfortable shoes).
• I/ITSEC will provide Shuttle Bus service to the properties listed above. (Schedules will be available at the hotels, and at the entrance to the conference registration area.)
• Very reasonable Public Transportation is available on the I-Ride trolley bus along International Drive. Check http://www.iridetrolley.com or your hotel for schedules.
